problems with fax server

hello, i'm running a win2003 sbs as a domain controller with fax services running to recieve incoming faxes. it stores the faxes to a folder then prints them out. i am getting some heat from the boss because when a fax comes in sometimes it is missing pages. sometimes the fax service quits running and faxes start coming in on the regular fax machine. sometimes i get this message in the event log:
