problems with crviewer in VB

HI!
i have a list os employes and i also have a report witch shows all the employe's details. When i call for the first time the report all the information is displayed but in the same list if i call the report it appears empty(without database data). if i choose another employe the information is displayed and so on. is shows the 1st the third, 5th and is does not shows the 2nd 4th and 6th. Can anybody HELP?
