Problems with Autoplay

Hopefully this is just my brain in overload, but I am having a problem with the autoplay feature. I cannot get any kind of animation to play when viewed in a browser. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue with autoplay and timelines in Dreamweaver in general. The autoplay function is certainly not working and sometimes I can't even get a layer to move somewhere with a MouseOver or Click behaviour... It's frustrating, can someone help?

Here's an example page, I'm trying to do a very simple sideways scroll of a layer now hidden behind another layer. It aint moving!
