I can't get MS Exchange Internet Mail Service to start under services. Does anybody know of a fix for this. It does not give an error so I don't know where to start looking. What is is dependent on to start up?
Just about every other service. Are there no events written to the App Log? One problem I have found with the IMS has been if it could not resolve the path to a SMTP relay if you are using one eg your ISP server. Before trying again open up the IMC properties and put diagnostic logging to full. Also check your DNS server you may have a corrupt cache.
