Problems installing zonealarm - vsutil.dll

When installing zonealarm for ntl broadband, i get the following message:

ERROR
_____________________

Could not load the DLL library
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\vsutil.dll
(VSPWInstPasswordRequired). The specified
procedure could not be found.

Can anyone help me in this.

I will also look in google for this problem and will report back if i do find a solution.

Try redownloading and installing again. Reboot, end all background processes (i.e. virus scanner) first.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

I worked it out.

I just searched for vsutil.dll and deleted it. That allowed me to install the program. It turns out that it is a file installed by Zonealarm. coz i installed it the last time, it was left there and Zonealarm didnt want to overwrite it.

I hope this helps u lot out there.
