We are having difficulty installing an application (Remote Admin) on our PDC...we've tried double clicking the Icon to launch the install, ran it from the RUN menu option and used Install Application....it simply won't launch....!!!! Its the same install we have done on all other NT Servers....any suggestions.....????

Check the event log on your server and see if any errors are being thrown up. It could be that a service is not running and may have to be started before your app will run.

Yeah, checked the log, nothing being reported, Windows Installer is set to manual start and starts if required..????? Have checked for viruses etc....nothing detected....??? Able to install and run Acrobat...???? Also checked task manager and nothing is being started for the RAdmin install......
Any other suggestions appreciated....!!!!!
