Our VP is trying to forward email from a mailbox designated "AR Support", and when she tries to do that, it will send it to the outbox under her mailbox in Outlook and it will sit there. I hit the send/receive button and nothing happens. We have an exchange server here in the office, so pushing the button is never necessary. Ideas?

Make sure she has the appropriate rights for that delegated mailbox. She should be either editor or author if she is wanting to send mail from that mailbox. I would doublecheck that first.

thanks.

Sure did, she was actually the first user for the mailbox, way before I got a job here...

And actually, we have now found out that it will work sending it to individual people's mailboxes, but not our "customer support" mailbox. I checked both in the active directory and the settings look fine, and no one else is having problems.

Can she email "customer support" from her own mailbox without problems?

It's working now. Not sure what the problem was. Operator error. Still don't know why but the copies of what she sends out go to her outbox instead of her inbox... might just make a rule to counter act it.
