Problems for OL98 opening emails with clipart imbedded

Hi all, I am a newbie here so be gentle with me..|!!!!!! and hopefully someone can shed some light on what is more than likely a simple and easy problem to solve

2 or 3 users on OL98 seem to have trouble opening emails if the email contains clipart of any kind, I have not used OL98 for some time and have had a look but cannot seem to find any way to stop this from happening??? Has anyone seen this and can anyone tell me how to fix it as its driving me mad..!!!

Are they using Word as their mail editor? If memory serves me correctly OL98 will not open any email imbedded with a Word feature (i.e. clipart) if Word is not being used as the mail editor.

Thanks matey that sorted it out, its a nightmare going back to an old version of Outlook..!!!!!
