I have recently upgraded a machine on what was a working network to Win2k.
I use a Red Hat 9.0 server with Samba to share on the network. There are 2 98 machines on this network and the troublesome 2k machine. The 2k machine cannot map a drive to the shares though it can see the server and its shares over the network. If I go to the server through my network places everything( like the applications that need info from the server) works normal for 15/20 minutes or until the machine is logged out or restarted.
Info: Samba is currently running as Wins Server, Netbios over TCP/IP is set on the 2k machine along with the Wins, I know the usernames and passwords are setup correctly, and think that the smb.conf file must be correct because I ran testparm and the 98 machines work fine.

Is there any other possible thing that could be in my way, I am assuming it is a change I must make on the 2k machine because it all worked before.

Thank you,
