problem with the webconsole

when i try to login i receive the following message

"An error occurred while trying to use the Citrix Web Console: you do not have permission to use the MFCOM service. Log in using different credentials, or check with your system administrator for access rights."

i am administrator on this server

can anybody help me to solve this problem

Are you using the same administrator account, as defined as citrix admin in the CMC?
