Problem with text in converting Visio drawing to JPEG

I'm using Visio 2000 and need to convert Visio files to JPEG. The process works fine except with respect to text. In Visio, I right-justified the taxt, but in the JPEG conversion, the text is ragged right, and the font size can change from line to line within a paragraph. I encountered the same problem when converting to TIFF. Has this problem been solved in more recent versions of Visio?
