Hi,
We have just put in an ADSL based site-to-site connection through a 3rd party network provider. Both ends have 2MB connection to a local BT exchange and are then routed onto the provider's network.
We use this solution to allow the remote site to access SAP using the "fat client" approach using Windows 2000 pro at the client.
However, when a user (at site a) runs a single page order confirmation print from SAP (based at site b) to a printer at site a, the print job comes off but all user connections to SAP through the link are cut.
I have been told that there is a registry entry that can be changed which will allow us to increase the time out on network traffic.
Can anyone verify this and better yet tell me what to change?
Many thanks in advance
Steve
