Problem with Phone Avaya 1608

Hellow every one,


A custemer has downgrade the version of the phone Avaya 1608 , and now all phone takes the same Mac adreess and serial number.


Is there a possibility to make a normal state as before for example flashing or an other solution.

Okay i readed the document so we need to change the all phone infected and replaced with a new without downgrad thank you amriddle01 have a nice day
