A user is sending an e-mail to 2 other users (on the same network), Only one of the 2 users is recieving the e-mail (the one who is not recieving the email is sandra). They all recieve e-mails fine, even sandra. Only problem is that Sandra can recieve e-mails from everyone EXCEPT one particular user. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe the user is blocking the sender? Thanks

Yeah...Probably some rule setup on sandra's machine to block the sender. Check the settings..

I couldnt find a rule blocking the sender..

Is it possible the sender's address for Sandra is wrong and is just not getting a bounce/error/unknown recipient message?

BTW, what kind of e-mail system is this? - Exchange?

Apologies...was an easy fix.

Thanxs..u gave me the idea..I guess the user set up another rule..
The e-mails were being sent to another folder...dunno if the user created or what..The "Find" didnt find it but i did a advance search and it found the e-mails..

Thanks for all your support..Greatly appreicated..
