Problem with out dial transfer from CCR on CP 100

I have a CICS 7.1 and a CP100 1.5.32.01 that I am unable to do outbound transfer. I can access the AA, then the CCR and when I dial for path 1 I can see it take a line in pool A but it drops the call and says that the route for this call is not valid, or something like that.

I have 2 lines in pool A, given vm ext. access to pool A, made prime line for vm ext. pool A. I have looked at class 1 in CP to make sure off prem notification and outbound transfer is yes.

Is anyone able to see something that I am missing?

Which one are you trying to do? outbound xfer from a mailbox or external xfer from AA? In either case the vmail dn doesn't need access to the pool or even need to be primed to the pool. You did say when you tried to dial path 1 it gave you some sort of error message. Do you think you have it setup right? You made the path 1 as a xfer point and ext(external) with the proper xfer number. You do know that whenever you make changes to a CCR you must disable it and re-able it. If you have the 2 lines in a pool and have them set to super and everything else that I provided then by all means this will work.

That was it exsmogger. Supervised lines was my problem. I was looking through out the vm for the problem and I forgot about the lines needing to be supervised.

You might want to turn outbound trans off. Hackers love that feature.
