Problem with NT4 BDC after in-place upgrade

Recently made in-place upgrade nt4 to 2003 server AD.
I've got 2 more nt4 BDC machines which are file-servers at the same time. Now when I create new user these 2 machines can not recognize it. I don't face these problem on any others machine. Any idea?

Not right away it won't. You must replicate between the servers and that usually happens automatically every 15 min unless you force it.

I've being already waiting for 15 hours.
How can I force replica manualy between AD and NT4 BDCs?

The solution is :

nltest /pdc_repl

running from PDC emulator
