How im going to make forward, previous, start of the page and end of the page buttons that not be allowed to do new records.

So the new record is made from a another form, and the mainform can show the earlier records but it cannot make a new record so it must be stopped before new counter?

Not work because there must be allow additions to the another form but not the current one. So i make new record from another form.

Are we talking about two seperate forms? If so then lupins46 suggestion is correct. If however we are talking about a main form with a sub form based on the same record set then you should remove the navigation buttons from the form where you don't want to be able to add a new record, ste it's property to allowadditions to no. Finaly using the buttons wizard, create your own naviagation buttons without the addnewrecord button.
