PROBLEM WITH ME INSTALLATION

I have a Dell GX110, 256MB Ram, 15G Hard Drive. I upgraded my OS to ME and ever since, every time I log on to the network, I receive a message that my password will expire in 0 days and must be changed. Also, my clock is exactly one hour behind the network clock. It doesn't matter if I change it, after reboot, it reverts back one hour.

Any ideas?
