We had two PCs that were on Windows NT running Word 2000. On the 2 PCs the users had, both created Label files and placed the files on a network drive not their hard disk. The user could choose these files and then print to Avery Labels. The users then moved to Windows 2000. Now when they come to use their label document the print comes out but half way down the page the label starts to become out of line (seems to creep up a line)so that the text doesn't appear in the label box properly. It seems strange that this happened after we moved to Winows 2000. I have a Windows 2000 PC and when i tried to use their document i had no problem.

Thanks

David

This is only a guess but it is probably to with the change in printer driver and/or fonts when you upgraded. (The lines may be slightly smaller than previously. Using a table to format the labels might help, particularly as you can then specify an exact height and width for the cells.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I have had the same problem with Word 2000 & Excel 2000.

I had to play with the Print Properties and (I am trying to remember back 8 - 10 months ago) I believe that if I set Draft or Normal, one worked correctly and the other did not.

Give it a try and let me know. :)
