Hi,
i have an HP Laserjet 2100 laser printer that is hooked up to a HP JetDirect printer server. When the users try to print to the printer, it does not print until the "print" button on top is pressed. Every time a print job is sent to the printer, it needs user intervention in order to get the pages printed. Could this be because of the HP JetDirect Print Server? The green light flashes on the printer when a job is sent to it, but it just won't print until the button is pushed. Thanks for any help.

Hi
You might have answered you own question.
It is possible that there is an option that says user intervention, and this option has been enabled.

Turn off the printer.
Simultaneously press and hold the JOB CANCEL button while powering the unit off and then back on. Release the JOB CANCEL button after all of the LEDs light up.
This will reset the printer
