i am not sure what is wrong with my preloader, it seems to load at the VERY end, it flashes on then my file loads....im confused as all hell....can someone please help me out? thanks

problem with flash preloader

Are you, anywhere in your movie, using components, attached movie clips and/or soundObjects (both with linkage set to export on the first frame...) and/or setting up new fonts in the Library?
If so, all those linked elements have to download previous to the first frame, and will thus prevent your preloader from displaying anything until they have in fact all downloaded.
The easiest workaround is still to use a new seperate preloader only movie, which will load your movie cleared of your present preloader.
You'll find such a preloader attached & downloadable in this thread...
