Good Night!

In my corporation, we have a File Server that have a average that approximately 970 Connection during the entire day. I am Administrator this Server and I saw during this week a Event in the EventViewer that happen all 9:00am and even 10:30 all day. The Event ID is 2020. I looked for the Internet and Microsoft web site and I found that this error occur when happen a Memory Leak in the server. If anyone already have this event in the server. Speak to me how you it obtained this solution.
Waiting a answer and Thanks.

Are you running Norton AntiVirus??
If so, the latest SymEvent driver can be obtained from:

Or

1. Apply the Latest Service Pack.
2. Apply the Latest Device Driver Updates.
3. Examine the Hard Disks for Errors and Defrayment the Hard Disk Drives.
4. Upgrade or apply SP to the suspect software.
5. Try to maximize the resources that can be made available to the Server service. This may eliminate the error messages or only lessen the frequency of the errors.

Is your file server a Dell? There is known Memory Leak issues with the Dell Power Management tools that cause the error 2020.
