Problem with Exported PDF can't create Font from Crystal

We are running Crystal 8.5 with VFP 8.0
My question is previous to IS doing system upgrades my reports had ArialRoundedMTBold as the selected fonts on the fields. Now, when I open my reports the fields default of Arial Western is shown, BUT when they get exported to a PDF the fields are actually in the previous font which the PDF complains about:
Can not find or create font ArialRoundedMTBold.
I have changed the field fonts, the report fonts in the options etc. Seems the only way I can work around this is to REMOVE the field or text from the design sheet and reinsert it, which is a real pain as I may as well start from scratch.
Any thoughts would be helpful

Seems odd that the font dchange isn't taking.

Try changing them (you can lassoo multiple), saving the report and then exiting.

Open it and see if the same thing happens.

Or try changing to a different family, such as Courier, it shouldn't still try to use an Arial family font.

Thanks, your suggestion which sent me off in numerous testing directions. Your suggestion definitly worked, but I did find out that even though a field has a font of Arial(Western) showing in the design page I could "reformat" it to that same font and the PDF finally no longer recognize it as ArialRoundedMTBold. So I didn't have to change the "family" of font to have it work. Very interesting as I don't understand why the font in Crystal shows it as Arial(Western), but it isn't until the "reformat" occurs that the PDF no longer sees the "OLD" font.
