We have a user who appears to have a problem with his inbox. If the user wishes to view or delete e-mails from the inbox it takes a very long time to carry out (30 seconds to delete an email)
The user does not have any issues looking at the Calander, Notes Etc. When we copy the copy the emails to another foldern they can then be read/deleted without any delays. I have tried deleting everying in the inbox but reading/deleting new e-mails is still a problem.
I've accessed the mailbox thru another client and the web based version of outlook and we still get the problem. It appears to me as if the problem is with the exchange 5.5 mailbox. Does anyone have any suggestions ?
