problem with editing job in maintenance at sql 2005

I've created a job under maintenance but when i try to edit it i receive the following error
'cannot show the editor for this task'
Exception from HRESULT:0xc0010014(ms.sqlserver.dtsruntimewrap)

What may be the cause and solution ?

Do you mean you've created a maintenance plan? And is it the scheduled job you're having trouble getting into or the plan itself?

If it's the plan, you might have an SSIS problem. What version & Service pack do you have on your server?
