Problem With DTI card in 11C

Hi,

We are using DTI card in 11c Which is connected to Router. We found that some channels are going to "MBSY" mode and Some are "LCKO" mode, when we enable that particuar channels its going to "IDLE" mode and after sometime its again going to MBSY or LCKO mode.
Can you tell me what is the Diff b/w " MBSY" and "LCKO" and also pls tell as where could be the problem wheather in Router side or in 11C

Put LD 60 in DROL


Most likely a Telco problem.

some channels may me the clue.. a locked out will (should) develop into a msby (maint busy) after a time frame. and both would lead me to believe that the trouble is soft. usually a mismatch on rls type or supervision.. i would set suprvision to no, and ndec fdec to eth in my rdb.. maybe (not usually) ld 96 stat serv and toggle service msgs.. those are usually used just during startup, but may help on a dirty tear down.. post your route data if you want us to look at it for you.. and usually the trouble is far end, but i usually look at the cisco config and make mine match.
