Problem with DNS resolving on Win95

Ok, I have two computers set up the exact same for their network components.

Computer 1 - Works just fine, sees the network, sees the internet, and can tracert and ping domain names/ip addresses.

Computer 2 - Screwed up...sees the network, sees the internet, CAN NOT tracert and ping domain names, but can tracert and ping to ip addresses.

Any ideas on why computer 2 is being moody. The error message states that it can not resolve the name. Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried releasing all and renewing the Ip on comp2. I even took off all of it's networking components and reinstalled them. Still got nothing.

Hi,
I had a similar problem : error with Ping ,etc .
Solution : shutdown windows and restart in dos-mode ,select ws2bakup and run ws2bakup .
