Could anyone tell me please where i can find Info for the following Error Message?

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10009
Date: 2/15/2002
Time: 11:54:09 ðì
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: SJX-2
Description:
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer 169.254.68.33 using any of the configured protocols.
