Hi,

I have the following question. I am installing an IPO 500 v4.2 with 4 analogue trunks on a client. It is my first installation of an IPO with analogue trunks and I am having serious trouble with the incoming call routes. I know that with analogue lines MSN don't apply, but on other systems my company installs (Panasonic), you can program each analogue trunk port to ring on any extension you want. In the IPO I cannot find if and where this can be done. What I want to do exactly, is to program all users to be able to use any available analogue trunk (which I have already done), but each of the 4 trunks to ring on a different user. Can it be done and if yes how?

Thanks in advance

You also have Incoming Group Id's to each line, e.g. 0,1,2.

In ICR set Any voice on the Group ID to ring the extension needed.

You can also program Line Appearance Keys as they are programmed in each line, e.g. 701, 702, 703, 704.

On each phone the line appearance key can be set to ring or ring delay, like Panasonic. This will make it easier for holding and transferring calls - again, like Panasonic.
