Problem with adware . .

I have a lot of problem with the adware in my machine . . i installed Zonealarms firewall but still it is unable to detect the adware . . . when i am browsing suddenly other explorer windows open up showing ads . . . i don't want these windows to open up . . please help me how. . . some how it is a little controlled when it restarts and when spy sweeper is on . . but its a trial one which i am using so can't protect my system all the time . . . please telll me where to kill this damn thing . . . please. . ..

It also helps if your machine is fully updated with the latest Service Packs and Windows Updates.

Prevention of re-infection comes down to your surfing habits. When surfing, use a limited user account and not the Administrator. This will prevent malware doing major damage to your system as the lack of access available to a limited user will prevent important system files and settings being changed.
