Problem when opening the application

I've been developing a program prividing business solutions for a year. Each day I add few forms or reports. After a while something happened. When I open the application and try to open any form or report, it takes a while before it opens. And, as the application growes, the delay with opening the first program becomes longer. Some of my clients need to open and close the application several times a day and it's very disturbing that they have to wait on each opening.
I think that there's a relation between the number of forms and reports in application, and the delay that i've described. Does anybody knows whether I'm thinking correctly and what should I do to escape this problem?

Very important to me to hear your suggestions.

The information in this thread is familiar to me, but the problem is different in my case.
It's not a specific form that doesn't open quickly. It's only a first program that I'm trying to open after opening the application. The same form that usually opens quickly, when it's the first form that is opened - it can take few minutes. After that, all the programs including this first form are opened with no delay.
Any other suggestions?
