Problem when install setup.exe after using P&D wizard..(missing file)

Hi,
I have Package folder with setup.exe file on it. Now, i want to run the setup.exe file. When i'm trying to install this file, there was an error, 'The file 'C:\Windows\Temp\msftqws.pdw\$(DLLSelfRegisterEx)' could not be registered because it was not found.'

Any idea? Because of this error, i can't proceed the installation..:(.
