Problem using Upgrade Wizard

Trying to upgrade a 6.5 database to a 7.0 database
using 2 NT server boxes... on a network.
The error msg is
"Local SQL Server is running under LocalSystem
privileges, preventing the Upgrade Wizard to connect to the export server" I checked the Securities tab and the MSSQL Service is running under System and wont accept any local accts.
Any ideas ?
