Problem users logging on with Mercury Mail 4.01a

I have Mercury Mail Server 4.01a installed on a NT 4.0 server, when I try to logon from outlook express on a client machine, it will try to connect but it can not verify the user's password, it acts as if the password is incorrect. Any suggestions? Thanks

Turn on pop3 (or IMAP) logging and see what is happening betweeen Merc and OE
