Problem uninstalling applications 8.9 (not universe)

Hi,

I have some problem to uninstall the applications 8.9 on my PC. When I click the remove button, I got "access denied", but I am the administrator and I have all the rights. The applications works fine but now way to remove it! If anybody has this problem and could resolve it, thanks to reply.

try uninstalling in safe mode.

That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

Have you tried re-running the setup application and removing from there rather than the control panel?
