I am trying to send an html page created in Word via Outlook Express/Outlook and keep getting an "unspecified" error message about there being a MAPI failure.
Microsoft told me to close Word and re-open it, or close Outlook Express and re-open it, when the MAPI connection will be re-connected. IT DON'T!
Also, the Send Command in Word shows only Mail Recipient (For Review) and Mail Recipient (As an attachment); where is the choice of just "Mail Recipient" as on my other PC?
Is there another way of incorporating an html file in an e-mail so as to look as though it is a Webpage when the e-mail arrives. I don't want to send this as an attachment 'cos that defeats the object of instantly getting the message across.
I cannot Send by e-mail in Excel either.
Running Windows XP Home Edition on a Laptop with Word 2003.
Any help would be gratefully received.
