It's not registered.
There should be a program in the:
start|programs|Arcserve|RegisterIT
Register it has the ususal options, email, phone, internet.
Get your license key codes, and run RegisterIT.
Use the drop-down selection list for each product installed, agents, raid, library, san, etc.
You may have to enter firewall port # depending on your environment.
That's it.
