Problem inserting pop-up buttons in DW 4

I created two pop-out buttons in Fireworks 4 and exported the HTML for import to the same page I'm developing in DW. When one of these buttons is on the page by itself, it works, but when I put both on, the second one seems to overlay the first. The result - on a cursor rollover of the first button, the second button's pop-out is displayed. On a cursor rollover of the second, its pop-out is displayed.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

I would guess (as we dont have the code to look at) that you have functions named the same. Did you create the buttons individually then export them both into the same page?

You will probably find that there is 2 onMouseover events that call the same function for each button.

That sounds right, although why this happened isn't clear to me. I reconstructed the HTML export as a row of 5 buttons that included the two pop-out menu buttons. That fixed the problem. There still is a problem of locating the pop-up menus - in FW they appear in one spot, but when imported to DW they appear in a much different spot - however this is soluable by repositioning them in FW and re-exporting.

Just a quickie:

Regarding Pop-Up Menus - is using the Show Pop-Up Menu the only way of building my menu items?

Is it possible to use my own .gif image buttons as pop-up menu items or am I constrained by the Show Pop-Up Menu form to use the text and cell properties format?
