Problem in Viewing Reports on Web

Hi,

We have been using Crytal Reports in Test Server and it was working fine. Finally when it was moved to production, we are getting "Fail to Set current directory" error when invoked on web.

Can anyone tell me what could be the reason for it.

Guys,

The Cache Directory in the Web Component Server did have access rights for NT Users. After giving user access, the problem was solved.
