Problem importing contacts to Outlook 2003

HI,
I've followed the wizard, and mapped contact information from a .csv file (generated by ACT! 7)
When I complete the wizard, the importing contacts window and progress bar is displayed, and doesn't seem to complete. You can see that it has created some entries, but only part of the information. The progress bar remains on the screen so I have to 3-key the application.

Is this a known bug?
could I be doing something wrong?

Just a thought but within the CSV file export, are there any additional single or double quotation characters ( ' or " ). I know that in the past I have experienced trouble importing these into another program when these characters have beeing used in someone's name or address (Eg O'Farrell). Try opening up the CSV file in notepad or Excel and see if there are any of these characters, remove them and see if the import gets any further
