Problem Getting Yahoo Emails from Outlook 1

From middle of the year onwards, Yahoo has been charging users who wants to use Outlook™ or another POP3 client to access and manage Yahoo! Mail.
Have you subscribed to the features? If you have not, it's US$ 29.99 and you will also get these exclusive features:
- Send larger attachments, now up to 5MB instead of the free 1.5MB limit
- Send emails without the Yahoo! promotional text at the bottom.
Then only you will be able to download the Yahoo email.
