problem came up when going to favorites trying to load a lycos page the page comes up blank with a small square at the top left hand corner ..clicking on this small square will not open the page ???? any solutions???

Can you access the page besides going by the shortcut? From what you are saying it sounds like a picture isn't loading on the page for whatever reason (out of your control). Fastest solution if you can access it other then the shortcut would be to make a new shortcut and try again. Not sure if I am understanding you completely...but reply with more details if you can.

Yes the chart page does not load even when i try the way of the original home page of Lyos financial????

Can you post the URL of the site on here. Have you tried accessing it from another machine? I am thinking that it might just be a problem they are having a lycos by the sounds of things.
