Hi all, need advices urgently.

I had so-called successfully migrated my Exchange 2000 (Old Server) to Exchange2003 (new Server).

Moved Users mailboxes. (Successfully)
Update MX Record.(Successfully)
Test sending mail from Internal to External.(Successfully)
Test recieving mail. (Successfully)

But intermittently, I had problem to access the Exchange System Manager on my new Exchange 2003. Below is the error msg prompted.

The Server is not operational.
Facility: Win32
ID no:8007203a
Exchange System Manager.

I had searched the MS KB, it appeared to be in Exchange 2000. But I still followed the Solution.

But still the problem occured intermittently.

And there are also problems happen on the MAD.exe(Event ID: 2102) and LDAP Operation (Event ID: 8026).

Million of Thanks

Hi 58Sniper, I so-called managed to resolve all the problems I had.
I think is the DNS IP address and my network switch.

Hereby is the steps I carried out:
1) Check the DNS Setting in my Exchange Server. Only assign my internal DNS IP to its.

2)Change the switch port coz previously is connect to the last port of my switch.

3) Use the Netdiag on Exchange to check all the tests status: Passed.

4) Also use Dcdiag on my DC. All tests passed.

So far it stable from last 2 days to till.

BTW, Thanks for your reply.

I fail to see what #2 would do. Last port, first port. All the same.

Hi 58sniper, I also think that way. In the first place, I dun think is the switch port. But once I changed the port, everything is working fine, with all the configurations.
