priv.edb problem 1

Hi,

I have problem with space disk. I clean some mailbox in my compagny but my prov.edb didn't move the file have 12Go and it rest 913 Mo in my disk.


Why this file not drop (I clean 4 go emails) but nothings change in my space ...

How can I drop this file
