I got a request from a customer .He wants to dial a DID and call a certain station. He also wants the call to ring at that station until it's answered. He doesn't want it to be picked up by voicemail , he wants the call to ring even if the person is busy on a personal or group call (the person is also a CCR agent). Any suggestions?
