Printouts cut off in Outlook 2000 only

I have a user who has her printouts cut off on the left and right side only when printing an e-mail in Outlook 2000. This does not occurr in any other Office application.
The printer drivers are up to date and everything else seems to be fine.

Any ideas anyone?

Does the user have the paper setting wrong? Like be using A4 but set to letter or vice versa? A4 is .25" less wide than letter?

I have checked and all settings seem to be correct.

I have the same problem with one of my machines. Just wondering if you found a solution? It's really strange. I have the most current drivers and updates for windows ME.
