Hi,

I am printing a document on 1 of 2 laser printers - Kyocera Mita FS-1750 and FS-7000.

Each time I print it, a Word table with data in, it cuts off at the bottom of the first page before it's finished nd fails to print pages 2 and 3 !!

Thinking there was some "bug" in the table that was causing it to "hiccup", I even tried re-creating the document from scratch, creating a brand new table and putting the text back. But now it's even worse because it only prints the first two rows of the first page and then stops!

Is this a problem of the printer, or the document ?

Try printing a "Test Page".

Hi,

The test page and most documents print just fine.

This particular type of document contains tables of data, sometimes it'll print off fine and sometimes it won't.

If all your settings (printer & document) are correct, then it looks like a driver problem. Are you using the correct drivers?

Hi,

I can see where you are coming from.

However, this problem affects everyone who accesses this type of document in the office, and whichever of the 2 printers are used.

The only way to reliably print it is to a HP Deskjet printer, but only a few select staff have access to one of these, most print to the laser printers.

Sometimes it'll print off okay, but most of the time it won't !!!

Jay/UK
