Printing

I have a problem - Report that is sorted by date,form control number,and then title and when these display to the screen they show like this.

testing1
02022003
form2
testing2
and I have to go to each one to print is it possible to print them all by a setting or am I missing something.

It sounds like you have Grouping (not sorting) with Hide enabled (drilldown) for each group, unhide them to print everything, or eliminate the grouping altogether and just use Report->Sort to sort the rows.

Generally it's a good idea to at least post your Crystal version when you want specifics.
