printing problems

hi
i have a printer hp 4300 tn that is setup via jet direct box. mostly prints fine ,except that some emails from people print out tiny. why would this be.

i also havea hp 2800 what sometimes crashes when printing adobe to it .any ideas??
 
To get a sensible answer you really need to provide more details.

This will be an issue with the email or your email software. The email is probably in some tiny font and you should be able to correct this before printing.

It's most likely not got enough RAM to handle the files.
 
It might pay you to look a bit further into those links and not to be put off by the heading of the page.

The above quote was from the first link.

The problems are discussed in detail and may apply to both Outlook and Outlook Express, where Internet Explorer may be common to both E-mail Clients.


The only other suggestion by way of a workaround might be to copy the text to Notepad and see if you can print from Notepad without the font being reduced.
