I have a Canon Bjc1000 paralel printer....It works fine with Win98 but after i upgraded to XP PRO i have a little problem...At least once per day when i try to print a document the print job just multiplies itself in numerous instances....The printer practicly does not stop until it finishes the paper....If I open the PrintManager and remove the print jobs all comes back to normal for some time...

Can you please sugest me what shall I do?
I tried with the XP driver and also with the original driver...I tried all types of parallel port in BIOS....

Thanks

Odd. Does the exact same thing occur when you use Windows XP built in drivers, and the proper canon XP drivers?

Try uninstalling all the printers, let windows pick it up and install it. Then disable the one windows installed, then install the proper canon XP drivers. I remeber running into this problem some time ago and it seemed to fix it.
